IF the rumours are true that the *only* difference is the flash sync port and the remote trigger, I guess we are not missing out much...

jus got a reply from the local fujifilm people regarding the release date of the 602 pro...

Not likely this year,perhaps in the year 2003.

realli? how much was it going for? shd be a parallel import i think since the local fuji has not released it yet..

I did see it in Jessops stores but didn't handle it.... if I remember correctly, it's priced around 100 pounds more than the 602.

at where i am... the 602 has already been phased out...the stores are selling the 602pro only....and its priced the same...no difference....

priced the same? so what is the price exactly?
onli place i now where it is released is japan and uk...
and a fren told me that cameras in uk are cheaper than here after u minus the tax if u r a tourist there

i am in north america...
anyway..there isnt any noticeable difference between the 602pro and the 602..except for the all-black body...
there isnt a single PRO word on the body or the manual or the box...which is really a headache..coz i ask the salesman...they are like HUH? is there a new model?
so i just took my chance..luckily...its the pro model...
yes..i didnt do my research properly..i just trust the judgements of the clubsnappers here..

well..the price is way more expensive than spore if u add in the taxes and the conversion rate...
its 1149 cad...without any taxes...
add 15% taxes in...and then the conversion rate..and u will know how much sing dollars it is...
