mine last for around 200 shot with GP 2100mah rechargeable...

That depends on sleep time, zooming in and out, turning on and off, preview, format EVF vs LCD, and a host of other factors.

Mine lasts about 150 shots on very old 2100mAh which holds about 1200mAh charge. I use EVF, switches on and off rarely and zooms little.

I mean you said your batteries have a maximum capacity of 1200mah after the years but how do you measure it?

I am using the Lacrosse charger that measures the last mAh pumped in, that's roughly the capacity.
