yo cheesecake! it was a church annual dinner which of em are u a fren of?

btw, thnx - the skintones - difficult shooting conditions... mixed lighting and dark/bright spots at the place~ E-1 worked perfectly though

waS it held in Singapore? or Thailand?

i heard of the Auto WB of the Olympus DSLRs as the best in the business. not so sure la as i never tried them before.

The oly dslr's have excellent wb control man... some guys from the D2 series might hammer me for saying this but having owned a d2h before... this auto wb is downright killer.

btw, the event was in singapore just last sat on the 14th... i was in sg then and left on 15th.

Auto WB doesn't really compensate for extreme condition like this. Try Custom WB on the same subject/frame, and I'm quite sure it'll compensate very well, just like your PP corrected one.

I guess, Auto WB never drop below 4000K but Custom WB does.

thats quite true.... but then i shot all my pix on auto... din color correct them and the result u see is what i got out of cam

Actually, the second pix was corrected on the camera, not PS.
