No worries. Always a pleasure to share experiences with somebody who actually appreciate it.

That should be fine. Its a ballpark figure I gave you. No harm experimenting a bit. Good luck.

P.S. I'm coming back on the 29th. this month. Maybe can meet up. Can have a tour of Telok Blangah.

Erm, maybe you would like to ask this question in General Photography Chat?

I'm sure there are quite a few people there who can give a far better explaination that i ever can.

i find tt the buildings are a bit underexposed ... a grad ND2 or ND4 to block the below portion may help to balance the exposure

another way is to take 2 diff metering shots ( same frame )
    - one meter to the below portion ( bright area )
    - another one meter to the city

use PS to combine this 2 images into 1 ...

I personally prefer the contrast, which also kinda fits into the theme of this photo (juxtaposition of the present and the future?). Bringing up the exposure of the city background would look obviously artificial to me, though I guess up to one more stop might still be ok.
