Default Panorama with R1800/R2400

The max. width of Epson R1800/R2400 is 13". If i have 13" roll paper, can i print panorama format with them (such as 26"x13"). Appreciate replies from those who having the printers. Thanks.

Yes, you can. It is the reason why you have rolled paper

I tried printing 13"x26" on 13" width roll paper. However, i always get a 2mm border gap at the top and the bottom of the paper width. The manual isn't much helpful, except stating that the image must be 4mm larger at sides for borderless roll paper printing. I tried it but the problem remains the same. Any kind soul care to help? By the way, i am using R1800 on OSX. Thanks.
