Have an 'L' shape office space slightly bigger than a HDB Master Bedroom for rental at Chinatown. The longer side can be used for studio shoot while the shorter side can be used for storage of equipment or your small office. Ceiling is high enough for bounce light.
Furnished with white wall and white tiles and aircon and glass panels and doors, so your studio will be visible for passerby to walk in. Can display signboard too. Include cabinets which are removable should u need more space. Not sure whats the exact size but i tink shld be ard 300-350 square feet. 4 mins walk from Chinatown MRT/ 7 mins walk from Outram MRT.
Was considering whether to convert it into a studio for my own usage.

width is about 2.5m+/-
height is about 3m+/-

on top of the shooting space there's still about a 2m X 2m space of private space for your equipment and workstation.

A good space for small studio shooting for small group, products or pets.

Space still available.

I have a hobby photographer who is willing to share the space with another photographer. He will only use the studio a few times per month only and he own his own studio equipments.

Perfect for those hobby photographer who only want to use this studio as part time work and want to go in and out of the studio 24/7 at your own leisure time and want to have privacy while shooting and doesnt want to be stress by the fixed amt of hours allocated by the rented studios.

Both you and the other photographer can work out something so that both parties can win by having lower overheads.

By the way just tested the length of the studios. If want to shoot full body, can only use 50mm lens on a crop factor 1.6X body such as 20D and 10D. Anything more than that will be rather hard to achieve full body length. But if using 5D or other full frame camera then not much a prob as you can use maybe 85mm.
