RE: Action Photography in Indoors

Hi,
I was taking some climbing competition photos with my FZ30 camera in Singapore Polytechnic today. But a lot of pictures turns out to be rather blur due to the fast moving action even with built in flash. Anyone have suggestion what is a good shutter speed, aperture setting and flash gun to use.
