1)How much would a good quality film scanner cost?

2)How much would a mid prosumer type but good quality one cost?

Errrmmm ... I think your questions are a bit vague. Also, the price range for film scanners are quite wide leh, from below $1k to a few k for the so-called mid-prosumer type ...
