i played around with your photo cos interested in bringing out the foreground.... hope u dun mind. but somehow in the end the edit look quite artificial, cos i think details are lost in the darkened foreground and i can't bring them out well.

The cloud was too bright at that time.

So i decided to make the foreground and building black, since I can't get both the same colour levels.

One would be overexposed, one would be underexposed.
