Default Film for fast P&S cameras

Say I want to take photos with my Yahisca t4, without flash, but I do not want to disable the flash everytime I switch on the camera. Will using ISO400 or higher in daylight help?

Another question: if I've taken some shots with neg film and kept it back in the canister in my cupboard, within how much time should I finish the roll and get it developed?

Thanks in advance.

Try something like Press 800. It's an excellent film if you are shooting without flash. Even with flash, it delivers very good pictures. Grain is very good for an 800 film, almost invisible at 4R. Unlike some competitor's 400 film in a yellow box. Highly recommended.

Try to finish and process the film within a month. Years ago, I had the experience of shooting half a roll, and the other half a few months later, and when I got the prints back, they have rather different colour characteristics.

Regards
CK

Default fuji is the way to go!

can try fuji xtra 800 (more contrast than press 800 IMHO) or xtra1600 (at 4R won't notice the grain that much)
