Where to buy this vest?

Saw this while searching the net for a vest that meet my requirement.

Or anyone seen a similar one?

Basically, I always carry 1 lens, 1 Quantum battery 1+, some CF cards and some batteries with me while shooting wedding. Now I use Lowepro SF belt with pouches but its padding is quite thick, so when packed into my bag, it make my bag quite bulky. So decided to get a vest, as vest can be folded and keep in my bag's side pocket.

The Camera Workshop has a variety of vest and I think I have seen something similar ... You might want to give them a try ...
