Default Nikon AF 80-200 f/2.8D ED or Sigma APO 70-200mm F 2.8 EX DG/HSM

Which lens do you think is better, mainly based on sharpness and AF speed?

I dont have experience for the Sigma, but I think the Nikon is a better choice, and very good value for money if u dont need the higher priced AFS, VR, etc.

the VR model is great i have used it, but too pricey, only have like 2k to spend, and second hand ones seem to start at 2300-2500, unless you want to sell me one for 2000

yeah it is, its quite a hard decision, struggling with a decision at 1500 let alone 2500!!! photography's expensive! but hopefully my stock photos will help pay for some of it, just need to upload more!
