Default Toyo Living dry cabi died: how long for service?

*sigh* my toyo living dry cabi died a few days back. Humidity shooting up from 50... today it is 85%. Took out everything and put it in my other dry cabi. Played with settings but no luck. Luckily it is still under 5-yrs warranty. Any idea how long they take to service it? Bought from Cathay.

Got it repaired, just picked it up today. Tested it at home and works now. Cathay took 3 days to do it.

My previous experience with my faulty drying units was just remove the unit from the cabinet and do a one to one exchange from the agent.

Cathay is the agent here, they either do repairs in house or get someone to do it. Anyway it works very well now. Hope it doesn't die again immediately after the warranty expires!
