Default Hot linking photos from Multiply.com

    Hello,

Does anyone here who uses Multiply know how to link the photos stored there to the threads here? I can't seem to link them here, despite following the instructions on the FAQ. Multiply provided a hot link but it follows a different format from the http one here, like "<a href=http://velectron.multiply.com/photos/photo/2/7.jpg>6.jpg</a>"

Keying in http://velectron.multiply.com/photos/photo/2/7.jpg sandwiched between [IMG][/IMG] does not work either.

Any advice on how to do this?

    Many thanks in advance!

I think Multiply does not support hot linking. Try www.photobuket.com instead!

    Merry Xmas!

Many thanks to all of you for your kind suggestions.

Is photobucket free? I am currently using PhotoJerk but that site only allows storage of 50Mb, and it doesn't allow sharing of images. Still using dialup...so gotta upload again is very the sianz...haha

Wishing all a Merry X'mas and a Happy New Year!

the viewer must also be a member of multiply and currently logged in for them to see your link. This way you can also know who viewed your photos.

if you are a member of Clubsnap, why not try using the free gallery it offers?
