nice pics!!

but the first pic.. i noticed the man holding the camera on the left first.. kind of distracting.. what he's looking at seems more interesting

I like the second photo best!!

The third photo.. haha.. there's a pair of legs directly above her head but nice pose.. Her legs are cut off too.. but i suppose you don't have much choice from where you're standing

wow.. the last photo.. really expose all her skin flaws...

that angle's kind of unflattering (imho) no offense intended !

nice shots....
notice that some were shot at shutter speed of 1/60, etc...while those models were actually walking, how you achieve the good focus?

Thanks bro, I guess to me it's luck , that particular one (if you mean #1) is the model making a turn, so she is slow enough to focus and capture, the rest mostly are when they are stand still, once confirm focus lock, press the shuttle quickly. There are way too many out of focus one just to get that one.

Love the first 2 shots, despite the first pic below there is some distraction. But that one is not your fault, sometimes can't help it.

#4 Prove that your lens is very sharp, but maybe u can help the model a bit by softening the picture.

#5 The feet being chopped off. But sometimes, I know can't help it also, coz there are people in front blocking, and has to raise the camera a bit.

From the EXIF info, can see that you are using manual WB, but how come still yellowish ??
Maybe, you can check with Eow how he gets his WB correct.
My own shot WB also off

U can try the flwgs
1]Set the wb manually..
2]try correcting it using colour balance
3]desaturate yr pics if the orange/yellow cast is too strong

4]one of the easiest method i had discovered so far is the use of picasa2's func 'auto colour'
if u couldn't get the colour right the first time
increase the slider for 'fill light' and 'highlights' and click on 'auto colour' again

Indeed for #4, need to learn more about PS polishing skill really.
The feet cut off part in #3 as mention by Pinkishy and you are really unsightful. Wish I can re-shoot again .

although still facing problem and still learning to make use of the lightsphere, which quite frequently under (if the subject is too far), and quite long (2-3 second) flash recharge rate (due to pushing the flash to max), I find Lightsphere II PJ still give better and softer lighting compare to bounce or direct.
