Free & Easy or with tour group?
If you like old buildings and arts, pay a visit to brisbane.

depending on when u r going, it will be Schoolies Week.

personally avoid all those Seaworld / Movieworld / Dreamworld stuff. IMHO its over-rated and a big tourist trap. go for the sea tours, inland treks and national parks. go north of Brissy to the Sunshine Coast which is equally beautiful and has far less concrete than the Gold Coast.

    and dun get sun-burnt!

You may want to visit Tangalooma Island, one of the sunset shot I caught it there.

i stayed in BRisbane for a year while studying... half hour drive to GC. personally i find GC very overrated... i much prefer Noosa. very much less touristy, and beach is nicer. and the weekend market @ nearby Eumundi is one of the best i've been too...

but if you're stuck at GC, then of course must do the MovieWorld, DreamWorld, Sea World thing... if you're into steak, there's also a restaurant called Hog's Breath. it's a chain restaurant in Aussie, serves one of the best prime rib steaks i know... *drool*

anyway, anything u wanna know, PM or email me. i try to help or advise where i can. enjoy!!!

    thx shaann

How much for the pure HK trip? I think Korea is also attractive for me, but might be too long for others coming along. Yes, pls give me yr agent's contact, i may check from there too.

    Rgds,
    Tom
