Stray ink spots when printing borderless

Original Epson inks on Epson 1290.

Always happens at the edges (any type of A4 paper). Any idea why? What to do about it? Thanks!

I also have this problem sometimes. I use the Photoquicker to print. Maybe one day I'll try printing using other software to see if the problem persists.
