Need help with Rolleicord

Just bought a rolleicord but have problem with the frame advance. I have roll in two rolls of films in it but the frames came out overlapping. pls refer the the photographs in the following link.

Anyone can pls help?

I think the main problem is how to set the camera to take 12 pictures of 6x6 pictures instead of 16 pictures

. Joke a side. First the camera is set at 645 mode. How I know, there a "exposure counter assembly" which is the black circle metal piece next to your film winding knob with the number 16. Because you don't have the 645 mask on your rolleicord thus the exposure overlap as they are taking 6x6 picture with 645 film advance. To change to 6x6 mode you need the right "exposure counter assembly" which is the black circle metal piece next to your film winding knob with the number 12. If you can also get the mask then you will have both 6x6 format and 645 format.

Oh i c! Thx a lot, where do you know i can get the 6 x 6 counter assembly? And do you have any links that teaches how to change the assembly?

It is very simple. First remove the screw at the strap lug nearest to the exposure counter. So that you can push the strap lug anti clockwise up clear the exposure counter then loosen the screw in the middle of the exposure counter and the thing will drop off. Replace the one you want, tighten the all the screw back. Then you all set.

12 exposure counter is actual the standard one you will find on all Rolleicord Va or Vb. 16 one is supposely a special accessory. I don't know how you might get one frankly. Asking the person who sell you the camera or Ebay is your best bet I guess.

Thx i don't know how. anyway i got it with the mask. so i think i am short change of the 12 frame counter. will go back to the shop that sell me that. Thx a lot.
