Need info for printing on large canvases

Anybody have any info and experience concerning printing on canvas for A0, A1, A2 or A3 sizes? I need the following info and advice:

1) Recommendation of good professional printing company that offer such services
2) Cost of printing for such print sizes
3) How long will such print-out lasts?
4) Offer of doing the framings as well if available
5) What's the recommended image resolution sizes for such print-outs on canvases.

i do printing of canvas on my Epson 7800

minimum size is 16x24" or close to A2 $60

24x36" or close to A1 is $120

recommended resolution is 300dpi
