Sigma 150mm and 180mm macro lens

Has anyone got any opinions on the use of 150mm and 180mm Sigma on a full frame camera like the 5D in terms of handholdability, image quality, working distance, bokeh, min aperture f22 in the case of the 150mm.

Used mainly in the bush for animal shots for both small and big.
