Which Digital Camera has the overall best video recording?

Can be quite subjective, but I am willing to listen to your experieces and anything else you have come across. I was looking out for a video camera, but have now decided to use a digital camera until the technology offers something better 3CCD in low light, hard drive etc.

for convenience buy the new Sony or Canon or Hitachi digicams
that record direct to DVDRW
you take out the disc and put it into the dvd player
or computer dvd drive
and see the video

on mini DVDW cost abuot $8
multiple reuse

no need to transfer from memory card to computer and copy to dvd rw
no need to transfer from video tape to computer and copy to dvd rw
