I agree ... even if u ignore all the other features, the superior power of the SB800 alone is enough to convince me that it's better and worth the extra money

If I'm not wrong, the Sigma EF-500 DG SUPER is abt slightly more than $200 cheaper than the SB800. If u can afford that difference, go for the SB800
