So you are liking your 50-200mm. A must for Oly users. Very nice color.
Any more outings?

I like it to the extend of getting a monopod for it yesterday, just too heavy to hold like that.

Yes it is heavy, hand holding on sunny days is OK but would recommend that you get a tripod + ballhead as it is much better. Maybe later on, you can buy a monopod.

Do you shot a lot of action photography?

I got the monopod about a month ago to try but haven't really put it to good use yet. I still prefer a tripod.

So what's there to shot in Mount Faber? And what time?

Chips wants to lend me his monopod but I was too impatient and got myself

488RC2 MIDI BALL HEAD W/RC2 R.C.SYST.
http://www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/cache...?livid=liv2212
and
679 MONOPOD (3-SCTN)
http://www.manfrotto.com/Jahia/cache...?livid=liv2442

Hope I dont regret with this purchase. I will save for a carbon tripod.

Nice set up for your monopod. Were you at CP today? I was there looking at Domke bags. But did you buy the wimberley plate? It is about 125, just crazy for a piece of metal. I have been thinking of buying one more, but will check out ebay if I can find a cheap used plate, However, it is a great accessory for your 50-200mm. It is better to mount the lens on your monopod as you can shoot vertical but unfastening the knob. Also, the lens is heavy and when extended at 200mm, sometimes even on my tripod, the ballhead tilts a little.

I bought 2 plate. Maybe will get two more for my video cam and spare. Is cheap, 12 bucks.

I am thinking of getting the computer trekker. but no stock today. I always go Marina Square CP.

I bought the 40-150mm lens and returned it the next day. But it is a good lens for the price. Futhermore, it is lighter and shorter. I think the lens barrel is all made of high impact plastic, but to me it feels abit wobbly.

The 50-200mm is heavy and long when extended. The lens barrel is made of metal and plastic.

Really depends on what you shoot. I needed the longer range.

The 50-200 is a great piece of lens, I think the image quality much better than my 14-54 and sometimes the 50.

So cheap, which brand is that? Is it good? The Domke bag is so comfy, so soft like a pillow
Thinking if I should buy it.

I think is because of the bokeh effect that is produces. Fantastic !
