Hi Guys,
I'm new to the Nikon family, having just acquired a 2nd hand D70. However, it only comes with a Prime lens Nikkor 50mm f1.4D. Therefore I am planning to buy another lens mainly for weddings, parties or even sports and will need your advise on which lens to buy. I am thinking if the AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II or Sigma 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC will be sufficient to meet to my needs or any better lens to offer? Btw, my budget is ard $700.00. Also, anyone can teach me how to use my SB800 speedlight? Cheers |

For S$700, u can try a 2nd hand AFS 24-120 VR.
Alternatively, if u need something wider, can buy a 2nd hand D70 kit lens, 18-70, abt $300. Then can buy a Sigma 70-300 DG Macro for $320 brand new, or $220 to $240 2nd hand. U pay $700, still got at least $80 change ![]()
