Size of focussing screen in canon 1.6x dSLRs

I'm trying to bring in some cheaper manual focussing screens for the 1.6x dSLR at a lower price than those oversea ones... but I need your help as I only have access to D60 screens....

Questions:

1. Are the screens for these cams the same size: 20D and 350D?

2. Are the screens for these cams the same size: D30, D60, 10D and 300D?

3. What are your preference: micro prism only, micro prism + split image, or split image only (horizontal, diagonal, double split)?
