oh oh oh.... i see a D60 with a 70-200L and an EOS 30/33 with 16-35 L or 28-70 L & an EOS 66 with a possible 28-80 lens (unfortunately no L )

noticed that the EOS 30/33 isn't even switched on!!

Wah.. Larry.. You asking for it man... Haven't I told you that taking my pictures need you to 'pay' for it? Look what happened to poor Wolfie!

3 pictures of my fat figure!!! *sniff* Fine.

Actually, mervlam. your eye is pretty sharp. That was my EOS66 and a Sigma 28-80mm. *bows*

let's see...

the first volleyball shot is ISO200, 1/500 sec, f/4.0 +0.7EV, taken on Aperture-Priority Mode & AF-continuous mode without flash.

second one is ISO200, 1/400 sec, f/4.5 +0.7EV, also taken on Aperture-Priority Mode & AF-single servo mode without flash.

hope that helps....

yup you're rite it's a D-SLR... no prize for guessing which one.

and i'm not totally sure about the collar, but i'd hazard a guess that it's to allow for easier hand-holding of the lens. if you hold the 70-200 with the collar downwards for long periods of time, it kinda gets painful. with the collar tucked to the right where it's least likely to block anything, the lens is easier to handle. correct me if i'm off the mark, canturn...

that silver dial is so special...from far away also can recognise that it is a D60

i am new to 70-200 so i have no comments abt where the tripod collar should be placed...

btw...won't cause any harm to the lens if i shoot w/o the tripod collar rite?

erm, no it won't harm the lens, but then i'm not expert on Canon lenses but i don't think the tripod collar can be removed... hence the need to push it out of the way.

Default Tripod collar

Depends on personal preference...with the vertical grip on, the tripod collar fits nicely on your palm, just that I was shooting alot potrait than landscape, it's easier to wrap your palm round the lenses than to let the colloar rest on it.

It's a personal preference, really. Depends alot on the size of your hands.

of course!!! you can tell from the look of intensity and "expert pose"... looks like he's summoning his "qi" to throw the frisbee...

just kidding of course. but then is there such a thing as a pro frisbee thrower?

ermm, don't know about pros, but then even yoyo also got pro..
(y not frisbee)

In the states they've got annuals competitions i think...
play in team, trick throwing/catching...

all they need is to summon up the force and the frisbee will fly faster and truer then any other...
