cheapest slave flash and diffuser?

whats the cheapest slave flash and diffuser one can find in singapore? can't afford the omnibounce. slave flash should ideally have the swivel and bounce capability.

I got mine from CP - a simple dumb flash Achiever + a slave sensor together for about 50 bucks. You can also use any old flash and just add a slave sensor and you have it. Diffuser can be made DIY - just use some imagination...

i thought the achiever is a slave flash, why still need slave sensor? sorry ah i'm a newbie... DIY diffuser? use some translucent plastic is it? like those plastic lid of milk tins???
