Default How does film fogging looks like?

I just self-developed some travel Ilford Delta 400 120mm films yesterday, and the output seems to be a little hazy and foggy throughout the film strips. When i put it through light, it seems 2 or 3 times more foggy than any of the 35mm i've developed in the past. So i just put it through an extra minute or two in the fixer, but the result is still around the same.

I remembered once during my trip, i accidentally put all my films in my backpack which i checked into the plane. Later on i heard that the big scanner for check-in bags are not film safe.. So just want to know what is the characteristic of a film fog caused by x-ray scanner.
