Any one brought EastGear Produces bef like batteries?
is trusty and worth the cost, will my cam get damage becos of the batt?

Quite some people including myself using EG's battery products, so far didn't heard of any problems, the one I used for my KM5D last as long as the original battery.
Their shop services are good also.

go ahead n use them....eastgear batt. can be at times longer lasting than the orginal

Most of my 2nd battries are from eastgear and so far so good. The key thing is that their battries are reliable and does not mess up your camera.

I use eastgear BP-511 for my canon stuff, and it lasts longer than my canon original batteries.

Another vote of confidence for eastgear battery. Bought about 4 pcs for my EOS 1D series body and so far they have been pretty stable. One of their owner is also a partner of a professional photography company.
