Default Do you set target for things to achieve & stick to it?

Been wondering for the last 2 weeks, i really dunno y i am so busy for nothing... its like i am busy, but i dunno what i am doing...

Tried started to make goals & things to do for the day, in the end, always being disrupted...

So should i just ignore them, continue my work, or should i just forget about my target...

ya, agree about setting achievable goals and also,
dont waste time thinking about how hard those goals are, just do it and be really consistent on it.
