What do you call that type of noodle in pic 1 and 2 huh? I want to order for breakfast when I'm there.

Er..

Pic 1 is 餐蛋丁面 (luncheon meat , egg, noodle), dunno what 肠粉, the vietnamese type beef noodle I can't remember.

Pic 2 is 双黄蛋治 (2 york sandwich), 庵列 (omelette), 火腿丁面 (ham noodle), 火腿通粉(ham macoroni), 奶茶 (tea with milk)

If i'm not mistaken, 出前一丁 (Nissin) instant noodles are commonly used, that's why they called it 丁面. Kakkaka, pic 2 = very common breakfast, can find it in almost every cafe.
