Sometimes, it can be just misunderstanding since we don't know the truth.
Maybe that guy in the picture find the lady have beautiful legs and only take
picture of her legs. Haha...

Sometimes, we shouldn't jump into conclusion.

My view.
His right is ard the center of the camera and not on the shutter. Maybe he is previewing his shoots and just nice, the model walks down n thread starter thought he might be doing something funny.
