My 5D CCD may have some dust?

The picture taken by my 5D have a dot (grey color) on the right upper conner.

But the problem only with the blue sky background. I think i may need to send it back to repare.

anyone experience this problem with thwir photo?

i had a spek of dust b4 also. I set the cam to CCD clean mode, face the opening downward and use the blower (dunno the exact name of this) blow in a few times and its gone

why wait until you are back? dun you have your blower with you?
