Default Leonid Meteo Shower 2002

Hi guys,

It's the time of the year again for the biggest meteo shower of all time.

It was a small showing last year, hopefully conditions will be better this year. This year's meteo will be the last of the greatest showers for many years to come.

So don't miss it!

Its near to impossible in singapore even if we hit it headon.
Not with our city lights
and our weather.
Well, the cheapest alternative i can think of is china or australia.

the moon present in the sky during that period of time will severely hampen your ability to spot fainter meteors, unless a big one comes along..

heh i just hope skies are clear for you all to enjoy... but the darned moon is in the way, keep ya fingers crossed for fireballs!

observing from a dark site in malaysia during any non meteor shower days, my friends counted 30+ sporadic meteors in a period of 3 to 4 hours..
