Hi experts out there,
I am using 5D with 3600HSD flash. I have experienced the overexposure problem as mentioned by some of you guys and also read the same on dpreview. Has there being a fix yet? Is this the problem only with 3600 or also with 5600? Thanks. |

I have just started using my D5D with a 5600HS and dont seem to have any problems with it. Everything works as it should be.
Did you check your flash settings? Use TTL if not familliar with M. |

For using direct flash, no problem. For bounce, some shots were overexposed.
It seems to be a well-known problem as reported by users on dpreview. http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/re...ssage=15890905 The conclusion is nothing can be done until KM released a firmware fix. I not sure if fellow CSers have the same experience and advise some tips to overcome it. |

U have to work around the problem at the moment... u can go back to KMSC and ask if they can calibrate the flash... or if anything is wrong... otherwise just play with the Flash Exposure Compensation. Smaller f/stops work better also I think.
