Anyway I think this is some kind hearted fella trying to warn ppl the TP uses the overhead bridge ahead to put their speed cameras?

i think this is taken at the overhead bridge along PIE (TOA PAYOH).... very often you see a traffic police on the bridge with his CAMERA..... (NOT D2X, 1DS MKII hor)
