Would have worked better without the legs of the people behind.

But to me a shot which tugged at my heart strings...

Actually, those legs can be good, just that they are too few. Should have more legs and captured with a slower shutter speed showing movement and crowd. This will bring in more sadness and feel that despite a large crowd walking pass, no one buy tissue to help this poor lady.

evertime i see something like this, always feel a wrench in my heart..

really makes one wonder what happened that they have to sell tissue on streets... hiaz..

pic wise, i would agree with obewan on e more legs and some movement part.
