7D Firmware

Dear Sifus,

How to ensure that if I buy the 7D, it is with the revised 1.1 firmware and not the old one ( maybe old stock not sold ) ? Will the shop know, or is there anyway to recognise ( perhaps through serial number, etc ? ) Your advise appreciated. TQ

By the way, any special offer / promotion for the 7D recently ?
