Lowepro Off Road

hey guys, where to buy lowepro off road belt/shoulder bag? i checked the lowepro bag pricelist, but its not there. seems like a good offer for me as it comes with two sliplock lens cases (thus holding more) but costs less than toploader 75. are there any reasons why it is cheaper though carries more? like is it because it is less well made or what?

I'm also looking for the Lowepro Off Road 1. Everywhere's selling the Off Road 2. I dunno why it's cheaper but I don't think it's of lower quality.
