cold laminating.....

hi,

any idea how much is the cost of cold laminating a 8X10 inch photo?

is that any pros (or cons) to do cold laminating on a glossy picture?
saw the output of a cold laminated 4R.... makes it look like the photo was printed on canvas.... very nice....
