Red face 5600 HS(D) flash from Mass order

Hi Guys,

Just wanna check with you guys who ordered from Oracle. Any prob encountered? Look like this batch of flash has no prob with D7D. I tried it with ADI mode. All exposure seems ok with A and TV mode. What's exact prob face by the earlier batch of flash prob? Inconsistence exposure? More to overexposure or underexposure? Can feedback your case with 5600 flash. Thanks.

Actually the problem lies in the camera, not in the flash First batch of D7D having that problem

Not sure about that... if the 9D is launched at PMA 2006? They need something in the Cnon 5D territory to boost the image of the brand... what better than to have a new system with flash?

I think they solved it with the later batches... I think I am one of the few who got it fixed... mine is ok even after a body change...

I tested the flash on some of the frames on my film in my Dynax 7. So far so good. ADI is really accurate.

i think the problem was only with first batch of D7D.. nothing wrong with the D7 film body.

Yeah, I thought the poster was asking about whether the Mass Order flash itself is working, not whether it works with which ever body...
