Nova 4 or 5, 4 can fit one body with grip, (+3 lens) or (+2 lens and 1 flash), if you have long like 70-200, you need 5 liao, 4 cannot fit. I use my 4 for occations when i dun need the 70-200.

1 20D w/ v-grip with 3 lens and Speedlight and batts and accessories are not small to begin with. Nova 3 is definitely out. You're looking at a Stealth Reporter 400AW or similar sized. Or if you seldom change lenses, get a Mini-trekker.

depending on yr travel itenerary.
when i go travel, i prefer Free&Easy, so that i will have more time to shoot and explore. therefore, i will bring a backpack (rover aw II). it can fit in 1xdslr+grip, WA, std zoom, flash, PSD, accs, additional t-shirt, water bottle. downside of this bag is difficult to have access to yr stuffs. if u going on organised tour in group, then it is ok to bring sling bag as not all the time u will be lugging the bag. |

Think for overseas, it's better to use a backpack. Shoulder slings are quite siong!

only thing is that backpacks could be quite "warm" if you are not going to temperate countries. |
