The verdict is still out on whether or not capitalism has ruined the world. Heaven help us all.

If you guys read TS past threads will know how come he has a D750 after he already own a D7200 not long ago.

anyway, this is not uncommon, there are so many people buy things because of other people say is GOOD, or the BEST.
but they truth is they don't understand, don't really need it, they don't know what they really really want to achieve in their photography.

    To TS,

The Best (of whatever thing), does not means it will be good for you.

It is all good bro...use FX for XMM plus landscape and DX for birds plus football. (Soon enough you will begin to see the differences)

You have two really nice pieces that should serve you well for many years. Don't take any classes just get yourself out there and snap snap snap!!!

We shall answer all of your questions so just ask...

Seems you fell prey twice: to a sales man and a wannabe instructor. For now I can only say: use what you have, do not buy any equipment. For a photography workshop any camera will do, as long as it offers Manual mode (your D7200 has it).

A never-ending quest for the "perfect' camera.... and not the "perfect" image...

Forget looking for the "perfect" setup. Just use what you have and read on-line when you need to find an answer.

Can you tell us who this instructor is? At least can discourage others from attending his course.

we encourage people to ask questions, but does not mean you don't have to do your own research (homework), just take in 100% of the information given to you.

you listened to a salesman, spent about 3.5k on the D7200 and lenses, not very wrong but you get more than what a newbie photographer needs.

you follow your friend's advice to take up photography course, noting wrong with that.

you go attend a photography, that is very good, but not all 100% what your instructor tell you are correct, especially many of them are very bias on certain things.

and now you want to listen to all the strangers here? really? and they all tell you different things from what you have heard before. that is really OMG.

may I ask, when you want to do your own research on this topic?

In the previous thread TS ask for advise on D750. Most senior said it is not necessary for flash / studio photography. But TS decided himself that D750 is better .. Now he ask why is D750 better ....

Every format has advantages and disadvantages ... Compact camera has huge dof but high iso image is noisier. Full frame has good dynamic range better high iso performance but less dof. Compact camera is light ... Full frame is heavy ... Compact camera is cheap but full frame is expensive ... Compact camera looks unprofessional but full frame makes u looks professional ... Medium format even more professional ....

Which tool u use depends on ur needs ..

The photographer designs the photograph, the camera just captures it for the photographer (and just to confuse the issue - the post-processing brings out the vision of the photographer from the raw capture )

Now you have 2 very good cameras and 3 very good lenses, time to learn how to design your photographs

This is a non issue if you are not from film era.
Even you do, you will adapt well. Like myself, being shooting with film for 30years, no a problem using a crop sensor camera.

Everyone is different else it'd be boring. Nothing wrong or unusual about that.

Needs and wants are 2 different things. My needs, ur needs, client needs, ohh they just go on and on don't they.
If ur not sure get both. If finances allows. I'm sure u'll get the feel for when one is better over the other or whether it matters at all.
Great images have came long before our era and many still stand out proud despite our current technology.
If u ask me, I say if it takes pictures it is good. Regardless. My ramblings. No offence to all, cheers.

This friend is probably computer challenged...does not know how to use internet and search for info?
Btw do you know both D7200 and D750 are 24 MP image sensor except full frame D750 is bigger in size?
All you need to know now is that a bigger image sensor allow you to print bigger photos than D7200
but that is beside the point and not relevant to you now.

The main thing is how to use camera...guirongchoo have you read the user manual? If there is no book
or printed form then it must be on the CD provided.Load it on your PC and read it ( It requires Adobe reader).Learn to charge the battery and format the memory card before trying to use camera.Ask your friend to show you if you are not confident about doing it yourself.

Simply put all you need to do is select one of D7200 shooting modes (P,A,S,M) Program, Aperture priority, Shutter priority or Manual. There is even Auto mode I think.Point at something you want to shoot and press the shutter button.Picture will appear on LCD screen after this. Are you surprised it's that simple? Select Program mode for starters...( full auto)

Below are youtube D7200 videos, I do not know if they are useful or not perhaps just describing
camera features but just watch anyway.PS you can save the videos instead of going to youtube every time.

    Watch this first...

    D7200 short tutorial: 19min.

D7200 training tutorial long video: 1 hr. 14min.
