Nikon 18-200mm Lenses better

I think this Nikon lenses will be a lot better than Sigma and Tamron 18-200mm Lenses. Nikon is F3.5-5.6 and with VR II (can go up to 4 stop) while Sigma and Tamron is F3.5-6.3 only.

If possible, I would want to buy this lens.

You'd expect it to be a whole lot better than Sigma or Tamron when it's going to cost much more than those two.
Personally, I'd prefer a wide constant aperture to a VR.
