Smile Assistance on Drafting up a Contract for client

Hello to all fellow aspiring photographers and seasoned veterans.

I'm just starting out taking freelance photography jobs i.e. event coverages for a few hours, things like that.
Recently chanced upon an opportunity to help a company take a corporate shoot but due to the nature of the job with certain deliverables, I'm thinking of drafting a contract/agreement in black and white for both parties to fall back on in case of any future disagreements.

Is there anyone who could guide me on how I would go about drafting such a document?

i.e. Format, copyright clauses, contents, agreed payment?

The main deliverables of the shoot would be roughly

    4-5 hour shoot
50+ post processed shots with touch up within 1-2 weeks after actual shoot.

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post in but would greatly appreciate if I could gain some insight for my first step into commercialising my services.

    Thank you!
