anyone unhappy with the 1/250s flash sync+support for highspeed sync?
many highlighted that the 1/500s for D50, D70 and D70s was superb vs 1/250s of the pro Nikon models and other manufacturers' bodies.... |

More importantly, hope CAM-1000 measures up effectively. Not sure how it is compared to 1300 but it definitely is not CAM-2000. VF looks very very promising. 2.5" LCD is really good for those who can shoot effectively all the way to the right for the histo, blinking highlights is ultra impt to me and hopefully more could be seen in this mode with 2.5 and 232k pixels. Individual channels RGB histograms can be effectively displayed with 2.5" too, superb. I always have problem with red channel due to the way i shoot weddings. Hope the 1005 pixel 3D Colour Matrix II is noticeably better and not fooled much by dark clothings and stuff etc... Not sure about auto WB and colours. Sometimes i shoot in AWB nowadays, lazy. that volume is not the actual volume. audio can be manipulated like how we use DI to manipulate digital pictures. |

but seriously i still find it hard to believe that the sound of a mirror slap can determine which camp u gonna be in. i have a few friends who enjoy the sound of 8fps of a D2H on MP3. ![]() |

if you shoting during concerts and events...it will create quite some noise...attract attention....anyway...not going to change till D200 really proves its worth....
