Default Horizontal Horizon?

Is there a need for horizon to be horizontal? Wonder if this works for u...

When shooting landscapes it's an unbroken rule to have a straight horizon. In this case the emphasis is on movement and dynamism of energy, hence a tilt is often preferred so as to avoid a static image.
