Dude.. it's time to visit NSC.

i've got a fren who also has this prob but it's on his D100. Problem was solved after serviced.

So quickly settle it while the warranty is still valid.

ESPN, You must be kidding,

If I pro, I wouldn't ask so many question liao..

Actually it is my good friend's wedding. Did try a few wedding for relative with a real Pro, didn't get their name cos I still green. Shy also... Turn out ok for all the wedding taken, so got confidence to take my buddy's one.

Alas, when I am finally ok, my flash crush on me, my camera potentially may fail... what luck.

Have heard pple mention seeing this before while pointing at the sun. Could be a once-off thing. On the other hand, have also heard others mention this as a sign of worse things to come. All hearsay lah, never experienced this myself (touch wood!)

Maybe monitor for a while longer? If you're shooting for a wedding, then you're right - better prepare a spare body, just in case.

In the age of electronics things do go wrong sometimes but in most cases it is just intermittent problems that come and go. My D100 had some tendencies to produce double exposures out of 2 pictures I took but it only happens like once every few months so I had learnt to ignore the problems. When it happens I just switch off the camera and turn on it again and everything will be fine.

Your problem might also be a corruption of the memory card and if you are worried then send the camera to Nikon for a check.

I finally got someone with the same problem.

The response from Nikon was the transmission error after the shot to the memory card. No error on the camera sensor or anything else..

So if such thing had happened to you - fear not. Like what Wahidkarim55 said:

Reformat your card
