Thread: parking blues

    Default parking blues

very frustrating. a car has parked all day in the private carpark in front of my walk up apartment. called the police, they can't do anything about it except to try to telephone the owner of the car and request him to move it. they also will not release the telephone number or details of the car owner to me. i'm wondering if more drastic steps can be taken on my part, either by wheelclamping the vehicle, or issuing a private summons against the car owner. would appreciate any input here from ppl with similar experiences. TIA.

you have moved from PineGrove? otherwise the condo management should have the right to tow the vehicle. also I assume it is sitting on private property hence the police cannot tow it away. you could park something else behind that car though.

can't park anything behind that car becos it would obstruct the road. so i have the right to tow the vehicle away then?

Sprinkly some nails at the wheels, break the window glass, pour your rubbish in thru the window, take 50c, run around the car pressing the coin against the body.

if it's your property I don't see why you do not have the right to remove it? I have seen the TP towing away vehicles parked in front of those terrace houses and blocking access of the gate.

Squeeze two cups of lemon juice and pour on his car. Do this on a sunny day.

    Dis is cool man.
    But den not good enuff.

Put glue into all the keyholes
    Stuff up the exhaust pipe.
Take out the front & rear windscreen wiper.
Loosen the screws on all 4 wheels.
Jack up the car, cut the brakes.
