Default Last unit of Nikon D100

Yesterday I saw one new D100 at Alan Photo Sim Lim Square....the price tag is $36XX. Is this price reasonable?

I still can't decided S2Pro or D100.............after reading some reviews.
What makes people give more credit to S2pro rather than D100?

Only few shops have D100 with local warranty ex-stock and they put hefty tag.
I am ordering gray market one since there will be delivery within this week and if I expect with local waranty I must wait probably until end of November. And the price is about 10% cheaper for gray market, the saving can cover the vertical grip price.

You decide as you're buying. I would prefer to have a little more insurance when buying electronic stuff, these are little different from film conventional bodies. The is only my 2 cents worth.

I'm agree with you......
I don't mind to pay $3600 for Nikon D100 with local warranty but now all those shops selling $3800~3900 range ex-stock....they don't want to reduce the price even I try to haggle with them. What they said is very simple, "You won't get this easily in the market!"
Anyway TCW boss give me personal warranty about his grey D100-So I might be quite safe with my investment.....cross your fingers!!!!
